Private counselling in Edinburgh and online

Life is full of change, whether we choose it or not. Sometimes change is imposed on us and we struggle to adapt. Sometimes we know we need to make changes in our lives, but we don’t know how.

I’m Fiona, a psychotherapist with many years of counselling experience. I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, low self esteem, and issues due to childhood or past trauma. I’m also interested in life transitions and helping people cope with change and loss, including relationship breakdown and divorce.
I’m particularly experienced in supporting people exploring questions or difficulties around sex, sexuality or identity.

If you feel you need help or support at this time in your life, I would be glad to hear from you.
